Commission Terms and Conditions:


  1. After the artist has confirmed a commission booking, a 50% deposit payment is required from the client to secure the offered date and which is payable a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the start date.
  2. The balance due plus shipping is payable upon the client's approval of the finished painting. Apart from circumstances arising as per condition 4. (below), the deposit is non-refundable.
  3. The deposit payment must be made within 5 days from date of invoice. If payment is not sent during this period, the commission will be cancelled.  
  4. If after the third revision to the preparatory sketch the client is not happy with the artist's interpretation, both artist and client have the right to terminate the commission and the deposit will be refunded in full to the client.
  5. After the painting is completed and the final payment received, the painting will be posted within one working day by a tracked and signed for delivery method
  6. The artist will not sell, loan, rent or in any way share the client's personal details with any third parties.
  7. Acceptable payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, Paypal or cheque.
  8. Colours in emailed jpgs may differ slightly from originals, as although every effort is made to ensure images are a true representation, appearance can differ through monitor settings & lighting conditions.
  9. Copyright watermarks are only be on photographed images, not on original paintings.
  10. All copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist - reproduction of any art is strictly prohibited without the artist's written consent.
